Delayed Periods, Cramps, Frequent Urination, Abdominal Discomfort. What Could It Be?

I'm 3 days late on my period, I have lower cramps, I'm urinating a lot and discomfort in my lower abdomen. The pain almost feels like a pulled muscle. I also get the feeling like my period is going to come, but when I check,there is nothing except a small sign of mucus like stuff

these are premenstrual symptoms that appear before the periods which ranges from simple cramps and body pains to tiredness and even depression phase, irritation and suicidal tendencies.
take good analgesics with peripherally acting muscle relaxants like tab Myospaz twice daily till your periods starts.
