Delayed Periods, Fainting Spells, Dizziness. History Of Having Unprotected Sex Followed By Normal Periods. Suggest
Dear Sir, I & my gf had sex..First time, i did not use a condom..Then i gave her an ipill within 10 hrs..Then we had more sex in the following days..I used condom sometimes..She had her period normally..It has been one month but her next period is not happening..It has been more than a week late..She also fainted & was felling dizzy.,Please advice..
Hi, when you had sex, she had period, next month she didn't had period, and she also fainted. As you there appears to be no possibility of the pregnancy. Any how if you have any doubt you get the urine examination for pregnancy. Consult a physician for diagnosis of fainting. Thank you.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. I Pill is an emergency contraceptive pill and this should be taken as soon as possible ,not late than 72 hours . Your girl friend took well in time. Single dose is not a surety forever as you did sex many times following days. She had period once , while next period didn't occurs, so chances of pregnancy is more ,if sex did . In my opinion as 7 days passed so get in home pregnancy test at once . Deal accordingly. Good luck. Dr. HET
Hi, Thanks for your question. I think she should do a pregnancy test. Even if this is negative there is quite high chances of an ectopic pregnancy in view of her history of fainting. So, better take her to a Gynecologist for evaluation as this may prove to be a life threatening condition. Regards.
Hi Dear, In a Female, who has her regular cycles, in an event of missed periods pregnancy is the first diagnosis especially when she is having associated symptoms and with history of unprotected act. Ask her to do a pregnancy test. If the test is positive, dont take any medicine to tyerminate pregnancy on your own since with a history of fainting attacks chances of pregnancy being ectopic i.e outside the uterine cavity is pretty high ans if not taken care can be life threatning. Kindly consult a gynaecologist in that case to prevent complications Good luck

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Get pregnancy test UPT or blood HCG test done. As she feeling dizzy get Ultrasound abdomen done for any ectopic pregnancy as soon as possible. And blood test for Hb. Better to use contraceptive measures to avoid unwanted pregnancy and frequent use of emergency pills is not advised.
Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries or doubts and I shall be glad to help you out. Wish you good health. Take care.
