Delayed Periods However Pregnancy Test Negative. What Does It Indicate?

On 21st oct me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex but he ejaculate outside and to make sure i took pills. I had my last period on 14th oct , and its 24th Nov now and am not having my period. I took test yesterday but the result was negative.. Am I pregnent?

Hi, thank you for your querry.
First of all I would like to know about the pills you took.Were they contraceptive pills or emergency contraceptive pills ? Another question is did you do a blood test to confirm pregnancy ? A urine test may not confirm if the pregnancy hormones are low.so a blood test can confirm about pregnancy.
If you have taken Emergency contraceptive pills, then that explains the cause for your delay in menses,.because these pills are high dose hormones and they are known to cause menstrual delays. so if you are not pregnant wait for sometime for your menses . You will get your menses.
