Hi, my names nakeisha and I am now 26 days late for my period. I have been getting lower abdomen pain for over 2weeks now and slight cramping at times. The one week I had a really bad head ache for 3days straight and nothing woul work like Advil or irburphon. I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. And the oter night I got this ache like feeling an it hurt like between my ribs.

Pregnancy is the number one cause of delayed or absent menses in all sexually active females who practice unprotected intercourse. However, non pregnancy related causes could include stress or strenous physical activity.
You should do a home pregnancy test to investigate for pregnancy. If it is positive then its pregnancy and you should meet your doctor for ultrasound. If it is negative, you will meet your gynecologist to do a detail examination and lab tests including abdomino-pelvic ultrasound.
