Delayed Periods, Taken Levonelle After Sex, Had Negative Pregnancy Test Results. Cause Of Delay?
took levonelle morning after pill 17th march after having unprotected intercourse on 16th march.. started my period 3rd April lasted only 3days and was lighter than usual... took pregnancy test on 3rd April it was negative 2weeks later took another test and was negative due on my period again now 3rd may as of yet ain't started so took another test 5th may and was negative... still no period and a week late... Any explanation for the delay and is there still chance of pregnancy?? Been to doctors and advised nothing to worry about but never been late before so am concerned... any suggestions as of why this may be??

After going through your history you had regular period but unprotected sex and took progestin emergency contraceptive pill.
You are not pregnant as clear by so many negative tests,if you are still worried get a Ultrasonography and blood Beta HCG to be very sure. The negative test will reduce your anxiety.
The cause of your irregular and delayed period is Hormonal pills and your anxiety and you have already consulted Gynecologist.
Please take care of your health and always practice safe sex, it is useful in preventing sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy.
