Delayed Periods, Unprotected Sex, Abdominal Cramps, Blood Spot Post Intercourse, Breast Tenderness. Causes?

am 29years, I had my period on 10sep - 15sep but i have not had my period up till now. I have been having an intercourse till now and had a home pregnancy test last 2weeks ant it was negetive. Since last week i have been having abdominal cramps and three days now i have a blood spot after intercourse with breast tenderness and abdominal cramps. I want to know whats wrong with me

Hi,
It seems that you done test early.
go for pregnancy test again after 7-8 days passed of your expected period.
You may go for blood Hcg test for more accuracy.
