Delayed Periods, White Clear Discharge, Mild Cramps, Sore Breasts. HPT Negative. Had Unprotected Sex, Stressful Life. Any Ideas?
Hi. I'm about a week late with my period, white/clear vaginal discharge, mild cramps and mild breast soreness. Used to have irregualr periods, starting using bith control for about a year then stop around Feb.2013, periods have been regular since. Tested negative for home pregnancy test two days fater my missed period. i have been having unprotected sex with my husbad. Oh I also have been under a lot of stress and my husband and I have HPV, which is not currently "active." what can be happening? Thnak you for your help

the various possibilities could be;
-delayed period due to stress,
-irregular menstrual cycle
-pregnancy etc.
stress is a common cause of delayed periods in most women. Try not to border about the menses and re do the pregnancy test with early morning urine. If negative still after one week or more after expected date of menses, then it is not pregnancy.
Mild alterations in menses such as duration, amount, delay etc could occur sporadically at one point of a woman's cycle but are usually limited and do not re-occur in subsequent menses.
