I went pee and wiped the front and it was slot of brown, but havent pooped. Help!?

I plan to see a doctor, but I went pee before bed and after I was done I wiped and it looked as if was wiping after pooping, but the frontal area. Well knowing that I had only peed and just recently showering and not pooping in the past 24 hours, I knew it couldn't be from my rear end. So I wiped again because at this point I am completely freaking out. Sure enough again it looked like feces almost. At first I had assumed maybe just dried blood but this looked to much to be dried blood. If anyone knows anything please let me in on your input. I will list a few little details.
Female, 22, Last menstrual, September 10, 2013, longest I have been without one in the past year is 56 days so yes the period late is a big deal but pregnancy test have all read negative, Recent injurys none that I am aware of, earlier felt very sick no idea why, also been very gassy out the front area(too much I know but want to cover all bases) and that's all I can think of off hand.
