Delayed Periods, Yellow Urine, Discharge With Blood, Frequent Urination. Pregnant?
i have regular periods every month and i know the exact date when i come on..i am now 2 days late and the only other time i was ever late was when i was late was when i was preggo..took a test came out neg..my pee is yellow and little discharge but wheni did have discharge it was a tiny bit of blood in it...i have also been peeing a lot...

You might have started your periods as there is blood.
You might be having UTI also
Get your urine pregnancy test done as well give the urine sample in the lab for complete examination to see any pus cells or red blood cells
