See most of antidepressant start showing their effects in about 4-6 weeks and there is no use in taking the medicines if they are taken for short periods of time. The medicines should be taken for at least 6 months to sustain remission. You had relapse of illness and I would advise you to please visit a Psychiatrist for expert opinion.
