hi doctor my 14years old sister is only 4 7inches she feels so depressed she is battling hypothyroidism from 3years now thyroid is almost balanced is there any connection between her hight and thyroid? her growth plates are still normal.. and she is way to lethargic is there any exercises or yoga which can increase secretion of hgh hormone? and proper diet for 14years old teenager also her periods started when she was 10years old please help thank you
