hi sir i am anand my problem is that after mri . dassication with posterocentral annular tear and diffuse posterior protrusion of the l4-5 intervertebral disc causing antherior thecal sac indension and bilateral canal-foranial narrowing wih contact of bilateral l-5 transversing nerve root.please tell me about this problem my age is 24 now only with this problem and my hight 5feet 6inch.
