Hello,

Your FBS and PPBS are very high.
You need to control it effectively.
Insulin should be started.
Increase your physical activities, regular exercise.
Low carbohydrate and low fat diet. Increase the fibre content of the diet.
For extensive itching Antihistamines and moizer risering lotions should be taken.
Do liver function test for any increase in bilirubin.

Hello,
You are playing with fire.Your blood sugar levels are extremely high and so you should immediately consult a diabetologist and the best would be to get admitted in the hospital.
Once admitted,a comprehensive management can be planned and proper treatment can be outlined for you. This much high sugar levels can play havoc with all most all the organs of your body like kidneys, eyes, heart, blood vessels, nerves etc.
Your itching and patches on hands and legs are due to various types of bacterial or fungal infections of skin, which take place due to high blood sugar levels.
Avoid all form of sugar, colas, junk foods, alcohol, deep fried foods, transfats and quit smoking,if any.
Make it a habit of doing regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking for atleast 30 minutes a day.
Remember,if you don't control your sugar levels properly, any complication can arise anytime.
Thanks
