ALCOHOL SHOULD BE AVOIDED IF U HAVE DIABETES BECAUSE ITS EMPTY CALORIES AND ALSO AFFECT UR INSULIN PRODUCTION ITS BETTER TO STOP AND NOBODY HAS FACED ANY PROBLEM BY STOPPING ALCOHOL.
