My husband is diabetic. He fell on his knee it swelled then a tiny blood clog in the area of his calf occurred... He has been taking anti-biotic every 5-8 hrs and a aspirin support once a day. His whole leg is back to normal besides his knee but it has went down 75% he has some pain in it at times. His knee is a hard swelling .... About how long for a diabetic does it usually take for the knee to go fully down....

Your husband is a diabetic and I assume that he is on treatment and his blood sugars are under control.
Infection in a Diabetic takes little longer time to heal depending on the blood sugar and immune status.
Besides the infection there may be any soft tissue injury to the knee.
MRI of the knee may help.
Consult an orthopediatrician.
