do paaya curry (goat/ram leg curry) has enough cynocobalamin? I am a diabetic type 2 with peripheral diabetic neuropathy since a year and had undergone triple vessel cardiac bypass13 years back. I am a veterinary surgeon. Please advice with all care in dieting i am taking is it good i feel paaya curry must be a preference to combat B12 deficiency in compared with mutton, liver etc. please advice if paaya curry is not good or good to me being a heart patient presently showing peripheral neurupathy because of diabetic detected 6 months back
Hello, I would want to clear some facts for you. 1... Cyanocobalamine is a semisynthetic form of VIT B12 and in animal foods ,methyl cobalamine and adenosylcobalamine is found. 2.. VIT B12 is found in maximum quantity in liver. 3... PAAYA curry should be avoided because of high fat content. 4.. Although VIT B 12 should be taken by you but the treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy is immaculate control of diabetes along with medications like gabapantine,DULOXETINE etc. Thanks
