Diabetic. On Glimpride And Metformin. How To Get Rid Of Medication?
i am manmohan, 34 male, working as banker with a PSU Bank. i am diabitic for last 4 years. and presently i am on Glimpride 2 + Metformin 500 mg daily twice before meal.
kindly advice how i can get rid of medicine or there is any alternative medicine...... please prescribe any medicine so that there should not be any harm to my NERVEs , kidney etc.

As you have not told about your height and weight it difficult to advice you.anyway you can lead a health and fit llife with type 2 diabetic. Fristly change your diet .meet dietician and nutritionist to chart a diet for your body type.do regular exercise like walking or joking and yoga .to regulate your sugar level. And about quieting or changing Medline depends on your sugarlevel and body fitness. If everything steadily under control your doctor may reduce the dosage or change medicine. For everything proper gaudice is required by your physician .please dont take self medication. Hope my answer will be help yo you. Warm regards
