Diabetic, Perotoneal Dialysis Patient. Can Mx3 Be Helpful To The Condition?

Hi my husband is diabetic and is also a Perotoneal Dialysis patient, can mx3 be helpful to his condition.He is not taking any bp medicine anymore, his Nephrologist took it out of his regimen. He is taking Aspirin 81mg once a day,Nephro-vite for his vitamins,Renvela 800mg as his binders taken 3 tablets daily wuth meals,Omeprazole 20mg 1x evry morning as his antacid, & Gabapentin 100mg(Nuerontin) 1x everynight. Can he take Mx3? Thank you,

Hello,

MX3 capsule is a herbal food supplements. It is claimed to lower the bad cholesterol in the blood. But there is not documented studies to support its safe and benefit in kidney disease. So it is advisible to take the helps of your doctor before starting it.
