Diabetic. Skin On Toe Keeps Hardening And Peeling. Lotion Doesn't Help And Is Not Healed. Suggestion?

The skin on my big toe keeps hardening and then peeling. I'm diabetic and the toe never heals but when it looks like its healed the skin will turn loose in thick chunks and start over again peeling. Lotion doesn't work for more than an hour before its dry again. Its only the big toe on my right foot, the rest of both feet are normal.

Hi,
As you are diabetic ,take due precautions for healing of big toe, it may cause big problem in future.
Consult diabetes foot specialist and get examined.
If not taken treatment in time may result in diabetic foot.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream and avoid injury to big toe.
Ok and take care.
