Hello.
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
It seems ,that your diabetes is under control at present.
T S H is more ( normal >5), so you are taking treatment for this also.

The most important step in this disease is CONTROL OF DIABETES at any cost.
So for this first step is reduce weight , that is 85 kg at present.
Reduce it at least 10 -15 kg.
Regular exercise and diet will control your diabetes.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Get well soon.
Dr. HET.

DEAR SIR/MADAM

I ANALYSED YOUR QUESTION CAREFULLY.

I DONT KNOW WHAT IS YOUR HEIGHT BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS YOU MIGHT BE OVERWEIGHT.

GLIMEPERIDE CAUSES INCREASE IN WEIGHT GAIN FURTHER, IF YOU USE ONLY GALVUS MET WHICH CONTAINS GLIPTINS AND METFORIN AND SLIGHTLY INCREASE ITS DOSAGE THEN YOU CAN REDUCE SOME MORE WEIGHT AND IT HAS BETA CELLS PRESERVATION AND CARDIOVASCULAR SAFETY TOO.

DIET AND LIFE STYLE MODIFICATION WILL ALSO HELP YOU

THANKS
