Diabetic, Feel Pain And Stiffness In Knees, Ankles, Hand Fingers. Walk For 30 Mins, Avoid Direct Sugar

Hi i m diabetic for 8yrs, now taking medicine galvus met 500/50,amryl2 befor bfast and dinner and also telsite80 and prolomet am 50 ,maxagalin and multivite gold.i feel pain and stiffness in my knees and ankles and also hand fingers .i go for morning walk almost daily for 30minutes and having no regulated diet schedule but svoid direct sugars. Advise me whether my treatment medicine ok and what else shud i do?

If your diabetes status is well controlled then no need to worry but still I would like to advise you to go for glycosylated hemoglobin test, if it turns normal then the reason for your pain could be arthritic changes and for that symptomatic medicine is the only treatment you can try and drug of choice would be the "Diclofenac" tab with the "acetaminophen" this will give very good result keep continue the exercise have nice day.
