Diabetic, Have Neuropathy In Foot, Used Metformin, Goes Gym Everyday, Not Able To Lose Weight

I am a diabetic. I have neuropathy in my left foot.. I am being treated with Metformin 500mg and also Amitriptyline HCI 25mg. I go to the gym everyday and do 30 min. 2 of those days I do the weight machines for upper and lower body. I still am unable to lose inches or weight. I eat fairly well. Any suggestions on what else I could possibly do to help me lose weight?
