Hello,
Your weakness and loss of weight is entirely due to uncontrolled diabetes.
Uncontrolled diabetes results in damage to various organs in body like damage to eyes, heart, kidney, nerves, blood vessels etc.
It is very very important for you to control your blood sugar levels meticulously so as to avoid future complications.
You must consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist and get a thorough examination and investigations done.Once properly investigated, you can be prescribed proper anti diabetic drugs along with other necessary.
Make sure that your BP and cholesterol levels are also meticulously controlled along with your blood sugar levels.
Thanks
