Diabetic, On Pacemaker, Having Urinary Infection. Unable To Walk, Vomiting Sensation, Constipation, Medicines Not Helping. Diet Plan?

my grandma is 74 years old. 3 years back she was insisted to permanent pace maker. she is a sugar patient.
2 years back she was affected by urinary infection. she recovered from that but now from April 2013 she again suffering from urinary infection.Treatment is going on .Not able to walk. she has vomiting sensation, not taking food properly, she has constipation,sometimes not conscious.sugar level and blood pressure is normal. my family doctor gave tablets for 15 days but it is not showing improvement please give some diets for her

hello,
As she is 74 years and with mulitple co morbidities she will have mutliple problem. to find exactly need to do some basic tests like cbc, RFT, lipid profile . RBS, urine and stool examination. For sometime unconcious it might be due to hypogylcemia . check for the sugar level . and for constipation do have the plenty of fiber diet. if it still then go for the stool softners.
