Diabetic, Red Patch On Leg, Abdomen, Buttocks. Does This Sound Like PR?

I am a 58 year old diabetic woman with no other health issues. I developed a red patch on my leg. Approximately 2 months later, I developed a rash - small red marks on my abdomen, legs and buttocks. My doctor does thinks its PR, but referred me to a determatologist (waiting for referral authorization). Since visiting my doctor, the small round marks started getting larger and pale and now most of my rash has cleared up except for the spots on my legs, and, of course, the herald patch. Does this sound like PR?

Hello,

It history of the lesion soundly like it is Pityriasis Rosea rash. It can only be confirmed looking at the rash.

It may be difficult diagnosis with the presence of heralds patch because it can be mistaken as ring worm infection or eczema.
