Diabetic With Fluctuating Sugar Levels, Swollen Cheek, Taking Omnacitril For Bronchial Problem
Thanks Doctor. My problem is that I have been taking Omnacirtil 10 mg for more han a year now. It gives me relief from Bronchial problem. But I am also a sugar patient (Diabetis Melitus Type 2) Sugar level were controlled, but suddenly since last one month, I find that Sugar level are risin. Got my BloodSugar Fastng & PP done yesterday and he results are 113 / 213. Another problem that I have been noticing oflate that my cheek and face are swelling and tummy is growing bigger. Please suggest some medication, which I want to follow. I am from Kolkata, INDIA and the medicine suggested should available here. Regards Samar Dutta
Hello, I think your omnacortil can be the cause of fluctuation of your blood sugar and your face and cheek swelling. You can discuss with your physician about omnacortil. You didnot tell me about your other medication (for diabetes or any other disease). I advice to that you should do diet control, and exercises and review with your physician. There are many medicine like metformin etc which can help youif you are not on any diabetes medicine. Hope this will help
