Hello, The most important cause for passing pain less bleeding in urine is carcinoma bladder and this must be ruled out first.Although there can be other causes, but ca bladder should be ruled out first. The best test for diagnosing carcinoma bldder is cystoscopy where the interior of bladder can be visualised directly by a scope having camera and simultaneously taking tissue sample for biopsy. This biopsy then settles the diagnosis. Thanks
