Diagnosed Periodontal Disease, Teeth Feel Loosening Of Gums, Left Lymph Node Swollen. What Should I Do ?

I would like to tell you that accumulation of plague and calculus gingivitis, subgingival pockets and periodontal diseases.
Get complete mouth scaling and polishing and curettage done.
Since you cannot do the treatment right now start with the course of antibiotics and analgesic under the prescription of your Dentist.
Develop a habit of brushing teeth twice daily.
Use 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash rinses twice daily.
Use soft bristle tooth brush.

Mobile tooth has to be either retained or extracted depending on the severity of tooth mobility.

Splinting has to be done to stabilise the mobile tooth.

Brush and floss your teeth daily.

Take plenty of fruits and vitamin-c supplements to enhance gingival health.

well, because of no or little toothache in pyorrhea, patients usually don't go for the treatment, which leads to continuous progression of the disease, causing bone loss and loosening of teeth...
so you should go for proper scaling and root planing first... should get your radiographic analysis (OPG, IOPAs) done from dentist and should go for the blood tests and then gum surgery wherever it is required...

the problem you are facing is definitely pointing towards a periodontal problem. go for scaling and root planing, after that consult your dentist whether flap surgery is required or not. till that time start with antibiotics along with analgesics. maintain good oral hygiene with brushing twice a day and warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. it will be helpful.

please do not be hesitant in getting dental treatment done as your mouth is the way to your stomach.Therefore any infection in the mouth is reaching your stomach and making it worse.

poor oral hygiene also leads to heart diseases especially periodontal infection.
This small bit of information is not to scare you but to make you aware of the fact.

please get cleaning called (scaling)done.it can be done in two to three appointments based upon the severity of the disease.

once the deposits,like calculus and stains are removed,the teeth appears to be loose,which is not so actually.

when the deposits are removed,it makes room for the gums to grow up and hold the tooth firmly,thus preventing their mobility.

Therefore all your symptoms related to teeth will be fine after complete mouth cleaning(oral prophylaxis).

Even the enlarged glands will be infection free.
