Diagnosed Blocked Tear Ducts, Blotchy And Pink Skin. Allergies?

Hi, my daughter is 3 months old and was diagnosed with blocked tear ducts at her 1 month well check-up. They're still blocked and now (off and on) the skin around them becomes blotchy and pink. Yesterday she started rubbing her face on anyone's chest that held her and on anything she was lying on. I'm assuming her eyes are itchy so she's attempting to scratch them. Can a 3 month old have allergies? What can I do for her?

your child has blocked lacrimal duct due to which local infection is occuring.havent your doctor advised you massaging of the duct 3-5 times after each feed of the baby.this method helps in opening of the duct.if this method fails thn syringing is done to open them and further steps are needed.that is not allergy rather a local infection disturbing your baby.plz have an expert consultation at the earliest.
