Diagnosed For Fibroids, Gas, Bloating, Pelvic Pain. Advised For Hysterectomy. Problem?
i was diagnosed with fibroids years ago but recently experiencing lots of gas, bloating, pelvic pain, feeling full quickly...My period stopped in June with spotting in the beginning of July (i am 51)
i went to doctor the other day who said i had large fibroids and will need a hysterectomy. I overheard the radiologist say to another that I had leakage? Should I be concerned.

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
I need to know what test the radiologist was running when he found the leakage, without knowing that I cant really answer your question properly. Other than that, you dont have to worry about the hysterectomy, it is a very common surgery advised to women who have completed their families. After this surgery you wont have to worry about your fibroids, so that is a very good thing for you.
I hope this answered your question.
