Diagnosed Of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Prescribed Folitrax, Hydroquin. Have High BP, Thyroid. Chances Of Being Pregnant ?
Iam a 46 yr old woman who had my last perid on 1st sept .on 23rd october i was diaganosed rheumatiod arthritis and since then have been on the following medication Folitrax 10 once a week , folvite -one tablet 3days aweek, hydroquin ,nucoxia twice daily and tryptomen 10mg before bedtime daily apart from this Iamhaving pantocid 1tab,telma-h 1tab and ethroxin 50mg(ialso have high bp and thyroid) on 21st noov I did a urine preganancy test which was negative .What chance is there of me being pregnant?
Thanks for HCM. There are enough chances of being pregnant. Go for regular follow up for present condition. Continue current medicines to control the present diseases and keep the investigations within normal limits before planning of pregnancy. Go for complete hormonal study and usg abdomen,pelvis and ovulation study. Plan pregnancy accordingly under guidance of your gynecologist.
