Diagnosed Pinched Nerve, Severe Pain. Prescribed Predisone, Flexaril Muscle Relaxer, Tramadol. Pain Relief?

Yes I have been having sever lower left leg pain between my knee & down to my ankle...my family doctor has diagnosed me with Pinched nerve he gave me prednisone for one week with flexaril muscle relaxer & now I'm on tramadol. I'm still in severe pain I do pretty good walking but when I stand in one place I want to die it hurts so bad... I am overweight badly and intend to start going to the pool to water walk in a couple of weeks, I just found a job after 3 years of unemployment. Is there anything else I can do to help the pain. I'm tired of hurting so bad.

The proscribed medicine would be nice, if you are not getting any relief with these medicine then it could be some kind of functional problem for that you need to control your nerve, and thoughts, for better result you can add some vitamin supplements vitamin B12 is choice in nerve problems it gives good result, nothing to worry every thing will be alright have nice day.
