Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem descriptions. Over weight, depression and anxiety could be the outcome of hyper thyroidism. You have treatment, and I hope this is not overlooked.

Conversely, anxiety and stress can increase weight and cause obesity. What you need is change in life style. Exercise well and control diet. There are no short cuts for weight loss.

Do consult a psychologist / psychotherapist for guidance and psychotherapeutic intervention.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarification.
Wish speedy recovery.
