Diagnosed With BPH And Prescribed With Dutas. Having Giddiness. Could I Take This Medicine For Grade 2 BPH?

I am 70, male, dignosed with grade to bph, prescribed Dutas T 0-0-1 yesterday.I am having meniers disease for over 30 years and now under control by Gingo biloba 1-0-1 daily,and Stugeron forte twice a week, i.e two only in a week.No diabete, taking clonotril 0.25 at bed time, taking green tea two cups in the morning and vitamin-c 500 mg at bed time, moderate exercise daily , active, in family and socially.

Dutas-T has its side effects , giddiness. Can I take this medicine for grade-2 BPH.

Dutas -t contains dutasteride and tamisulosin and used for BPH.
This drug relaxes the muscle around the prostate, freeing the flow of urine and decreasing urinary symptoms.
Giddiness is not commonly seen with this drug but it is better to inform your doctor to review the dose and other medicines.
Go for regular follow up of PSA and USG prostrate.
