Diagnosed With COPD. Qvar Giving Anxiety And Faster Heart Beat. Atrovent Making Me Weak And Tired

Hi I m 44 and recently got a copd diagnoses. Having a lot of trouble with the inhalers. Qvar gives me anxiety and faster than usual heartbeat. Atrovent makes me weak and tired. I have to use rescue inhaler when I excersise regardless of which daily inhaler I use

Consider home based nebulisation therapy.Use medications like FOrmerol?Salmetrol along with Tiotropium and inhaled Steroids.Get your ECG and Echo to get your cardiac status and pulmonary hypertension level.depending on the reports you can start diltiazem/nebivilol whic would keep your heart rate also under control.
