Diagnosed With Elhers-Danlos Syndrome, Abdominal Pain. Anesthesia, Pain Reliever Not Effective, History Of Aortic Aneurysm. Treatment?

22 year old female diagnosed with Elhers-Danlos Syndrome, Type 3. Questioning the type selected because of other involvement - not just joint and skin. H/O severe abdominal pain with several emergency room visits over past three years reason unknown. Diagnosed with gall bladder stones and ovarian cyst rupture on other occasions with following surgeries. Difficulty with anesthesia - waking up during procedures. Pain relievers have little or no effect. Also PGF and PGGF with history of aortic aneurysm. Might there be a good reason to be re-evaluated?
