Hello and welcome to HCM,
The dull aching pain in the pelvis with previous history of
epididymis is the sequelae of the preceding inflammation.
Since, the pain in testis and epididymis has disappeared, the acute phase of the inflammation has cleared up.
Pelvic pain is not characteristic of
bladder cancer.
Bladder cancers usually presents with blood in urine, and constitutional symptoms like
weight loss, decrease appetite, weakness, tiredness, etc.
If you want to rule out bladder cancer, some investigations need to be done.
A routine urine examination for malignant cells needs to be done.
A
cystoscopy of the bladder can also be done to look for any growth in the bladder wall.
Thanks and take care
