Diagnosed With Lyme Disease. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me?
my 19 yr old son was just diagnosed with Lyme disease after 2 yrs of complaining of being tired all the time with no energy to do anything. I watched the movie under our skin and Now Im really scared for him. I want to find someone that specializes on treatment of Lyme, how do I find someone,? how do I educate myself on what to ask and what to look for? thanks Claudia

Lyme disease basically spreads by tick bite, Early treatment with antibiotic helps to control infection. Now you need to know in which stage is your son is? It can affect brain, heart and joints in later stage. Get ECG test done for heart check up for any conduction defect and joints examinations. Neuroimaging studies are required if brain is involved in it. Consult a infection specialist for complete examination and for further management.
