Diagnosed With PCOS,minor Thyroid Which Is Causing Difficulty In Conceiving

i am 34 years old married for last 2 years,my wt is 54 and my ht is 5ft 7in,i am trying to conceive for the last i yr but unable to do so. i have now been dignosed wit pcos ovary, have minor thyroid, my medications are glyciphage,folivite and thyronorm75, i want to will i never have baby?
