Diagnosed With Varicocelle

Hello Doctor, in my test I have sperm of 3ml, 55 millions/ml, 25% Active, 35% Sluggish and 40% Immotile. In Morphology is 60% normal and 40% abnormal. But my biggest worry is that Pus cells are 15-20 HPF. I have also been diagnostic of Varicocelle in one testicule. Do I have also any Sexual Transmission Disease due to Pus cells?. Can I have children?, if not what is the treatment?.

Hello
Thanks for query.

Presence of pus cells is suggestive of infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotic .

Get get your semen culture done to trace out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to and start taking appropriate antibiotics as per culture report .

Since all other parameters of your semen being normal there is no reason why you should not impregnate your wife.
