Diagnosed With Acid Reflux And Larygomalasia. What Would Cause It To Be There?
My daughter had an upper gi done today. She is almost 4 months old. She has been diagnosed with acid reflux and larygomalasia. Well a nurse called me back and said there was stool found in the upper gi and that her pediatrician would go over everything with me at her appt friday but i am concerned now. I am confused as to why they would find stool or what would cause it to be there?
It is highly unlikely that there would be stool in the vomit unless there is a colonic-gastric fistula. Which is a very rare disease. I suggest u remain calm and go to a pediatrician
