I have been feeling ill since last november. I was diagnosed with bilateral pes. Since then i was told that this was not a likely cause and removed from the thinners. Since feb u have felt extremely tired i have aching lower legs muscles and a metallic taste in my mouth. I am also having bouts of extreme sweating and yesterday could hardly walk as i felt heavy and as if i had pressure in my head as if someone was squashing it. IM 42 overweight and i smoke.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Smoking history, overweight , Pulmonary embolism, all factors may develops some heart disease. May be the diabetes most important cause of excessive sweating and metallic taste. Get in HB A 1 C and also blood sugar, lipid profile, serum creatinine to rule out any disease. Consult a physician and get his opinion. Hope I have answered your question. If further any question I will reply. Get well soon. Dr. HET
