respected doctor my son is diagonised with dengue . his age is 17 years . his platelet count on30.8.12 was 124 thou and today on 1.9.12 is 217 thou. his cbc report has remark MILD ANISOPOIKILOCYTOSIS,MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC WITH ELLIPTOCYTES, OVALOCYTES AND SOME TARGET CELSS MILD NEUTROPENIA IS PRESENT ADEQUATE IN SMEAR REQUEST KINDLY EXPLAIN ME EXACT MEANING OF ABOVE THANKS AND REGARDS

Symptoms-petechial rashe over body
Bleeding fever
Pathology-fall in platelet count
