Hello,

Ectopic pregnancy mostly tubal pregnancy is due to block in the fallopian tubes.
It may have been caused by infection and scarring.
Evaluate for any tubal block by HSG.
Methotrexate has a teratogenic effect on the fetus so it is advisable to conceive after 6 months.
Due to ectopic pregnancy the tube will have some inflammation it give it time to heal.
