Diagnosed With High BP. Can I Take Arjuna Supplement With Lisinopril?

Hello Sir, I m 40 years old. I was told that have high blood pressure and should be on medicine, i currently take Lisinopril 10mg, as suggested by my physician. After reading about Arjuna, Can i take arjuna supplement while on Lisinopril BP medicine? if yes, what is dosage per day and any known side effects? Thank you in advance. Srinivas

Thanks for the query.
Some of the things which help in BP control are salt restriction, weight loss, avoiding alcohol and relaxation techniques.
Also follow up with the physician regularly as you are quite young and need strict BP control.
Use of over the counter medications whose short and long term risks and benefits are unclear like the pill you have mentioned without any supervision is not recommended at all.
