Diagnosed With High BP. Taking Pills. Have Pain In Back Of Heart While Walking Fast. Small Plaques In Artery.

Hi I am a 61 year old man and I was diagnosed withHBP. I take my pills and my BP is under control. But recently when I walk fast there is a dull pain at the bach of my heart which stays for at least a day. My EKG and Echo are fine and my CT Angio shows two small plaques in one of the arteries. Could it be from my heart? I don't know what i should do.

Dear Sir
Normally Pain on walking (which belongs to heart) should not last for whole day; else it should produce a full fledged heart attack. Moreover your major vessels are normal on CT angio.
This could be a neuronal pain. I would like you to show to your physician and proceed accordingly.
Sincerely
