Diagnosed With Hyper Thyroid. What Are The Effects If TSH Drops? Should I Meet A Doctor Immediately?

Hi I just got diagnosed with hyper thyroid from an urgent care provider. My TSH is at .01 per the test. I am told that I need to see a specialist but I can not seem to get into a specialists office until the end of August. Please recommend a solution on how to get seen immediately for example, should I go to emergency room? Are you able to obtain an appointment for me this week? I have insurance so paying is not an issue. Also, what are the effects if my TSH drops to 0.00. I live in Plano, TX.Thank you.
