Diagnosed With Left Upper Lobe Lung. TB Persists Even After Amoxiclav Course. Any Cure ?
hello, i recently diagnosed with left upper lobe lung. that was my first xray result. the second was ptb vs. pneumonia left upper lung. is that be the same in meaning? they gave me co amoxiclav 625 mg good for seven days and after undergone xray again but the pneumonia was healed but the tb is still. what should i do with this condition of my health? thank you.

i think your doctor might have told the differential dignosis might be pneumonia vs tb
as your xray got cleared after 1 week of therapy ,there should not be any TB
if he says you r having TB then please go for sputum for AFB(tb bacilli) which can defenirely say whether u r having TB or not
