Hi,
I would like to know what type of aortic valve surgery you have undergone. A new murmur should always be investigated in the form of 2 d echocardiography.
Do you have fever? Then blood culture is a must to rule out bacterial endocarditis.
Smoking weed is not at all healthy, that too with a history of heart problem. Try to avoid.
Regards.
