Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Both Nespro and omeprazole are good and efficient drugs in the treatment of gastritis.

You are being treated correctly with the drugs. In addition strict diet and lifestyle changes are essential. If you have not found any changes with lifestyle changes and medications, it is an unfortunate circumstance. Such unresponsive situations are handled by surgical treatment.

I suggest you to continue with the diet, lifestyle changes and medications as suggested by your doctor. Consult a competent gastrosurgeon to discuss about your case in detail and the need for surgical treatment. You should be able to treat this situation in a better way through the expert advice of a gastrosurgeon.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you good and speedy recovery.

Regards
